Why These Pages?
I chose these pages of the book to illustrate the relationships with other parental figures Harry has in his life, such as Dumbledore, Lupin, and Sirius. Dumbledore is one of the most prominent father figures Harry has and he can always turn to him in times of need. As seen on page 427 Dumbledore comforts Harry by letting him know that his parents are always around, even if they are not physically there. At the very end Sirius sends Harry a letter and it is his first glimmer of hope that he might be able to form a loving family.
I also chose pages where Harry is playing Quidditch. This is one of Harry's loves in life, something he shares with his father. Quidditch is a way for Harry to share a bond with his father, even though James is absent from Harry's life.
